Mythozhil (mythozhil.com) provides free calculators and lookup tools for Indian business owners and salaried individuals. This page explains what data we collect and how it's used.
Calculators run in your browser
Every calculator on this site (EMI, GST, income tax, salary, investment, loan, and business tools) runs entirely client-side. The numbers you enter are never sent to our servers or stored anywhere — they exist only in your browser tab and disappear when you close or refresh the page.
Lookup tools
A few tools — IFSC finder, PIN code lookup, and mutual fund NAV lookup — look up information from public directories that aren't available for direct client-side requests. For these, the value you search for (e.g. an IFSC code or PIN code) is passed through our server to the relevant public data source and the result is returned to you. We don't log, store, or otherwise retain these search queries.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, approximate location and device type, and how people navigate the site. This helps us decide which calculators to build next. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them via your browser settings or an extension like uBlock Origin without affecting any calculator's functionality.
Advertising
We intend to run Google AdSense on this site to keep the tools free. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
What we don't do
- No account creation or sign-up is required to use any tool.
- We don't sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We don't store the figures you enter into any calculator.
